The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) program is a financial assistance program funded by CIDA and administered by the Canadian Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. The CFLI supports small projects providing technical, economic, educational, cultural, or social development assistance to the people of Afghanistan. This fund supports small-scale community-based development initiatives leading to sustainable improvements in the livelihoods of disadvantaged groups or individuals.
