On July 3rd, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Centre for Strategic Studies held its second annual Tarzi Book Prize Awards ceremony in the beautiful setting of Kabul’s public Babur Gardens. Named after Afghanistan’s first Foreign Minister, Allama Mahmood Tarzi, the book contest was established to encourage and promote scholarly works by Afghan authors and help strengthen cultural and intellectual foundations within Afghanistan. | FULL STORY
